Describe the finished composition

Write what the image should contain—not instructions to cut an existing picture apart. A useful prompt names the subject, setting, visual treatment, and elements that need independent control.

Set the production intent

Choose an industry, target layer count, quality, style, and allowed output format. The Creative Director step helps turn the request into a clearer layer plan before generation begins.

Continue with the source file

Review the preview, confirm the result, and download the layered file. The output is a working starting point for selective repositioning, visibility changes, compositing, and refinement.

A different starting point for editable AI work

Most image generators optimize for a finished composite. That is useful when the final pixels are the only deliverable. It is less useful when a designer needs to move a subject, suppress an effect, test a new background, or hand the source file to someone else.

LayerAxon begins with the layer structure as part of the generation request. Each requested visual layer is generated independently and then assembled into the output. The result is not a claim that a hidden “original” layer stack was recovered from a flat image; it is a new layered composition built from the prompt.

This distinction changes how you brief the system. Rather than asking for one perfect composite, describe the parts you expect to adjust later. For a product scene, that might mean product, surface, shadow, background, and atmosphere. For concept art, it might mean foreground, subject, architecture, effects, and sky.

Generated layers are AI interpretations. Fine detail, object boundaries, visual consistency, and prompt adherence can vary, so review the preview before treating a file as production-ready.

A layered PSD also does not mean every pixel becomes a native vector, editable type, or smart object. The practical benefit is control over the generated visual layers as separate elements. Available layer counts, quality levels, and export formats depend on the selected plan and settings.

Is the result ready for further editing?

The PSD contains a real layer stack so individual generated elements can be selected and revised in a compatible layer-based editor. AI output should still be reviewed before production use.
